I have an Otterbox for my iPhone 5 both purchased in June 2014. Through the 6 years my Otterbox never failed me. When I removed the iPhone 5 from the Otterbox it looked & functioned like brand new. As a result when I purchased my iPhone 11 a few weeks ago I knew the only optioned for me was Otterbox. I must admit was was surprised that I had to buy the case & glass separately but well worth the cost.

I'm clumsy. Like REALLY clumsy. I have always used Otterbox cases for my iPhones, going back to the caveman days of the first iPhone. I've dropped them in the parking lot an infinite number of times. The case looks like I took it to war, but not a speck of damage to the phone or its glass. Totally worth it every time! And, now I'm making my clutzy kids use them for their electronics, too.

I like the actual choice I made in ‘decoration’ though I am finding it hard to use the buttons on the side. As whilst the case is tough the button functions are too. I also found the 10 day delay (2 Weekends inc Easter) in getting to me a bit disappointing. Customer Services were very helpful so thank you.
