Such a waste of money

This was such a waste of money, within 3 days the glass “protector” cracked and after spending a ridiculous amount of money on it, there is no way I am splurging for another one. Don’t buy!

Best case for IPhoneXR

Ever since my first iPhone 6 Plus, OtterBox defender has defended (protected) my phone! Now that I have the iPhoneXR, It’s a costly investment! So I might as well protected with the best! My friend say it’s bulky, but I would much rather have bulky and than broke! It’s only bulky the first day and all iPhones are slick & slippery! But with my defender case it takes care of that with a non-slick surface. I recommend it to anyone with an iPhone or any phone for that matter!

Protects screen well

Screen protectors should be included with case. I had case for my 5S for years...with very adequate plastic screen protector. Never had problem with it...frequently dropped phone, nothing cracked. Now I have to buy case then buy protector. Royal Pain. Otter needs to return to INCLUDING protectors with case. Money making operation the way it is. Annoying.

Rainbow Edges?

I bought the alpha glass to protect my screen and I used the guide. Everything laid down perfectly and I was so excited. After scanning Facebook and Instagram I noticed that I could see a rainbow effect on the edges of the alpha glass especially when I was on a white or brighter screen. It’s incredibly annoying since I know that I installed it perfectly. Same for my sons phone too. He has the same phone as I do but we have different cases. I have a otter box and he has a life-proof case. My case doesn’t meet the alpha glass. There is a small gap between the two. However, my sons case meets the alpha glass almost perfectly and he still gets a slight rainbow effect. It doesn’t bother him, but it’s getting on my nerves, haha. FYI, I LOVE my Built in PopSocket OtterBox Case. It’s the perfect case. I just wouldn’t recommend this particular screen protector. It needs work. I will probably end up doing more research and using something else in the near future for screen protection. I can’t speak to whether or not this screen protector would actually protect your screen if you dropped your phone. I’ve only had it a week. It seems sturdy enough, but again I just don’t know. It doesn’t interfere with how the touch screen works. I have a iPhone XR so there’s that. All in all though, it’s just not for me.

Not as easy to fit as it looks

Bought the alpha glass with my new phone cover. Despite cleaning my brand new phone before fitting it. It still has bubble ms in it. One in the key pad part and One to the side. Would get it fitted in shop next time.

I just received my case and alpha glass protector. I followed the directions. It was easy to install but I still have a few bubbles under the glass that I cannot remove. I was a little disappointed.

The alpha glass screen is not cut correctly and doesn’t sit down on two corners correctly. You can see that the radius on two corners is jagged. Not an inexpensive purchase and disappointed
