I ordered online for a legit product direct from the source to avoid getting scammed with fake merchandise. I found the case to provide good protection but was really bulky but nonetheless still very stylish. I'm happy with my purchase.

I have been using Otterbox cases for years now. Recently I bought the Otterbox Defenders Case for my new Galaxy S10plus. Perfect!!!!!! It does not slip out of my hand and I can lean it against anything and it doesn't slide or slip at all. The color I got, purple and pink, is just feminine enough and matches my wardrobe without looking childish. All the buttons line up perfectly and it works really well with my cordless charger. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

I have been an OtterBox customer since the Samsung S3. I HAVE TO HAVE AN OTTERBOX! (I have had the S3, S5, S8 and now S10. And I have gotten my mom Otterboxes on the phones she has, currently a Defender Series for an LG 7 Thin Q). Loved each Otterbox. They do exactly what they are made to do, protect your phone! I have to have the Defender Series because my phone will hit the floor at unexpected times and I have always broken regular phone cases, so investing in an Otterbox the Defender Series was my go-to because I was tired of wasting money replacing cases (I have only ever used the Defender Series of Otterbox so I can't compare the other ones but I know this is made to be the toughest). My phones have never been broken while in one of these cases, and when falling this thing has bounced before and is just fine. I have the "BIG SUR BLUE" and it is prettier than I imagined in person! It is a teal blue rubber and white plastic combo. I love it. No complaints. This is the SCREEN-LESS version because of the curved edges of the phone screen. (I liked older versions with the built in screen protectors, but if you are careful and don't take the factory screen protector off, you can actually put it in the Otterbox with that still on and not see it! BOOM! I just ordered a second Otterbox for my S10 after 12 months of use, because I pull mine in and out the clip so much I chipped the little plastic piece where the clip on the holster pops over (this has never happened before, but I am rough on my stuff and constantly taking it in and out the holster and probably not pulling on the tab as much as I should and so that probably wouldn't have happened... it was still holding my phone just fine, but I didn't want to take any chances since I still have 12 months to pay on this phone and LOVE my S10, so just wanted to protect it!) The screen protector on my phone for the 1st 12 months was still completely intact. So don't need to waste money on buying one if you can TRY what I suggested! It was difficult for me to take the case apart to even get my phone inside, ha, that is how strong those tabs are, they were going to take off my fingernail before I could harm the Otterbox. I got my phone in and it is beautiful. If you need the best protection, I suggest the Defender Series 100%. Rather a protected phone than a broken anything on my phone.
