I love my defender. It is easy to put on, not bulky. easy to grip and doesn't feel like its going to slip out of your hand. However, when it does fall, as mine has and always does, the case takes the impact not your phone.
I always tell my patients that "they don't need a helmet if they don't have a brain to protect". My cellphone is my "peripheral Brain" and I would be lost without it. Only once did I use a product other than Otter box and ended up breaking my phone:-(. It was a hard lesson, but I learned it.
Otter Box is more expensive than others but well worth the investment, a fraction of the total cost of your phone.
You need to get an Otter box defender. I Highly recommend it!!

I only rate it 3 stars just because I don't think it's for me, I find it a little bit to big to handle (the S10+ is already big though), I've been using it for the past 3 weeks. I'm a little bit concerned also about the screen protection. It's okay if you drop the phone as the edges are thick enough around the screen, but if an object drops face down..That type of screen cost more 300eur to fix..
Other than that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the product and this review is personal, you can "safely" drop your phone no problem. The quality is there and it does what it says on the tin, I would recommend it if you hands are big enough (or if your phone is not too big), I might change it for a folio cover series, but I might be bothered by the size still..I'll see
