Extremely slow water flow. Very difficult to install canisters. Spent a few hundred dollars to have a plumber install it. Now I have to pay him again to remove the system. Should pay for my plumbing costs!
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my water filter working for a month now. It's working great. Installation was very easy.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
The filter is horrible. The water output is slow and the water starting leaking after a week. Had to take the filter out.
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed in 2018 and did not realize there is no way to avoid replacement of filters before they are used. 2 people part time do not use the same amount of water as a family of 4. no way to adjust. Also periodically starts leaking
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
Based on your shipping policy I will not make further purchases.

Poorly made, NOT user friendly, and frustrating.

I've had the Three Stage Max Flow under sink unit for almost exactly three years. Every single time we've had to change the filter its a new, frustrating ordeal. Never the same experience twice. It's become a joke in our household when the new filter arrives in the mail, because the dread for the installation saga is so real. I've even had my handyman do it on two occasions until he said he couldn't do it anymore, because he can't in good faith charge me for the actual time it takes him to get through the project. Now with this last change, the leaking from the number three filter won't stop, no matter how many times we remove and replace it. My husband suggested we need a new housing, clearly something inside is broken. The housing unit is cheaply made, entirely of plastic so that's not a bad assumption. I hesitate to spend another penny with this company, but I checked for replacement parts and naturally, there are no replacement options for this piece of the unit. So the entire thing now goes into the landfill, and I will find a more reputable company for my water needs. The only positive thing I can say is, at least I don't have to change those filters anymore.
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable

We have highly chlorinated water. It smells like water from a swimming pool. The 3 stage filter seems to be okay but the water from my refrigerator with its single little filter tastes better. It makes me wonder if the carbon is doing very much to remove the chlorine smell and taste.

I have never detested an item so much

It's hard to believe how much I hate this thing. The destruction to my home, the constant problems and lack of functionality. I have no idea why I continue to try, because it doesn't seem worth it, I just wish it could serve the purpose I thought it would serve (reliably produce filtered water). There is a delicate connection from the water line to the system and if you so much as breathe near it, it will come loose and flood. Christmas Eve 2022 was spent in my basement with a shop vac all night, as my entire kitchen and basement flooded because of this thing. I had plumbers come three times to fix the connection and finally the third time they put in their own that was sturdy. Great. November 2023 my replacement filters come and the water just dribbles out of the faucet. I uninstall and reinstall them a half dozen times; nothing. I let it sit for six months because I'm just so frustrated at this point; I google this issue and there is a reddit thread about how this is a KNOWN ISSUE and to put a quarter in the bottom of the pre-filter casing. It worked. CAN YOU BELIEVE I DIDN'T USE THIS FOR SIX MONTHS BECAUSE THEY KNOWINGLY SEND FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT AND I HAD TO PUT A QUARTER IN FOR IT TO WORK. So my latest replacement filters come and I cannot for the life of me unscrew the third filter. It has become such that I have so much anxiety every time I have to deal with this thing that I just avoid it and I have just been using a Brita pitcher for the last 6 months. I have never bought something so consistently problematic as this system. I hate it so much and would like reliable recommendations for a better company.
