Two defective products in. I’m still hopeful

Received and installed the under counter filter a few weeks back. Leaks began immediately. Called customer service and received excellent assistance. New unit arrive and installed and it too leaks from the same locations. Called customer service again and again had great helpful service. New parts sent out again. Fingers crossed the new parts work correctly. (Leaks occur where the filter units attach to the base unit). I am hoping I can recommend this product to others. As of yet, I cannot recommend the product. Customer service A+.

Filter flows better than our old 2 compartment aquasana unit. Installation is a little easier too, there's one less hose. So far so good, we like it. Water tastes at least as good as the unit it replaced.

I like the taste of the water & how easy it was to install. The only thing I don't like is that the stream of water is not all that fast so it takes me too much time to fill up a small container with water to put in the refrigerator.

Good water but low flow rate

Installation of the filter was fairly easy if you are comfortable doing so. The water taste is good and pure. The only thing I don't like is that the flow rate is very slow. Takes about 35 seconds to fill a regular size cup. The line to the filter and to the spout are very small so maybe this is the cause but it's a little disappointing. Other then that it's good.
