It was easy to install. I have a private well and the water tastes great. Only negative is it could use a little more flow velocity as it does come out slower than I hoped.

Overall it seems like a good unit. I do have an issue with the faucet dripping after it is used. It does seem to stop dripping after awhile. It would also be nice it the handle pointed up instead of down as it sits very close to the counter top and is very easy to turn on when you go to wipe down the counter around it. I do not have have it on a sink a use a lot and think that might be an issue if it was as I have to keep my counter wiped off due to our very hard water that spots the counter top. Can not report on the filters and how long they will last as it was only installed a couple of weeks ago. Does improve the taste of our water

Very happy with the water filter system, but after a two-three years of using the faucet has stoped to spin

Had it professionally installed (husband is not really a honey do!). Looks nice and am in hopes it is giving us the clean water it promises. I expected my ice cubes to be clearer but they are not. Would be nice if there was a test strip or someway to verify the water filter is doing what it should. The water does not have any taste so that's a good sign.

Great filtered water, odd color

Getting a great amount of water, and feel I got a good product. The Oil Rubbed bronze color is way off, though. See photo.

The AQUASANA filter is great. It was easy to install with great instructions and you can which a video on line too. The water tastes so much better than the other filter systems we have used in the past.
