I had intended to install the unit myself but had a plumber in the house for other issues, so had him install the unit. I have a newer faucet with a sprayer and apparently you can't replace the sprayer with the filter faucet on newer sinks, so the plumber drilled a new hole in the steel sink. The unit itself is attractive and works great. I have had filter systems before and this one has the fastest flow of the various brands I had.

Water tastes OK, but the Ozarka spring water we had been using tastes better. Water flow is slow.
Pros: Attractive, Doesn't take up a lot of room under the counter.
Cons: Hard To Install, Shipped with wrong parts. Escutchen too small.

The new filter was easy to install. However, the granite fabricators made the hole much too large and the escuchen that came withe the new dispenser wasn't adequate to hold the new filter in place. I had to fabricate some new escuchens out of large washers that I painted to match the hardware.
