Easier Install Than Anticipated!

I am not the handiest person (I am a computer programmer by trade) so my father was going to install the system for me, but in the interim, I decided to give it a shot and was surprised how easy it was. It took me about 2 hours, but given my general lack of expertise with tools and plumbing, I was very happy and impressed I was able to pull it off. The instructions were very straightforward and the logic of the system is not complex. The system runs beautifully and I'm really happy with it.
The waterflow is faster than the counter-top units and the water tastes just as good or better. If you haven't tried Aquasana water, it is far better than Brita or Pur-- it turns municipal water into better-tasting water than most wells (in my experience).
Awesome product that nearly anyone can install themselves!

Very easy installation. I have read negative reviews where customers have complained about water leaking and damage. I have installed a number of these filters. When engaging the lines you must push the tubing in far enough to hear a click to know that it is secure.

We installed the 2 stage filter under our sink and were disappointed with it. The water that is filtered tastes the same as the water from the faucet. No difference in taste. It tastes better when we use the Brita pitcher. My husband took it out and we are returning it.

Love the ease of installation- looks good- but even after days of use and letting water run 45 straight minutes a couple of times my water tastes just like salt water- undrinkable as drinking water.

Faucet Looks Great. But Poorly Manufactured.

Flow is quite weak. (The regular kitchen tap has very good flow.) The top of the faucet jiggles in place. It is not secure or fastened well. Faucet has started to drip repeatedly as well. These faucets cannot be repaired, - or at least are not worth repairing as it would cost multiple times the cost of replacing it. Any plumber will tell you that. They must be replaced. I'm switching to a Moen. Better quality and reliability.
