Filter was compact as expected. It was easily installed per instructions and seems to operate as advertised. Water clarity and taste is as good as bottled water. The flow rate is slow but is as described. Makes good coffee in the morning. Quite happy generally.
CONS: Faucet is a bit sticky feeling not smooth to operate and the gooseneck is a bit flimsy feeling.

Works but not worth the cost

Purchased this filter in April 2022. It was installed in May 2022. I changed filters in November 2022 with no problem. When I changed the filters on May 3, 2023 the housing leaked around both the input tubing and the output tubing. Nothing I tried stopped the leaking. Would not pay for another system that may last for only one year.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge improvement for the taste of our water and install was pretty easy. Had a small dripping leak the first time attempt b/c I didn't realize how far to push the tubes in to the filter casing. But, once I realized it had to be pushed in more it's been good ever since. Very compact and takes up very minimal room in our cabinet which is great because we use it for storage.

The filter works great - I can taste the difference. Looks good, easy to use, easy install. This replaces a ~10 year old model and the new one has a much higher flow rate (good!) plus the design is more sensible. Instead of a nest of crisscrossing tubing it’s a simple one way path. Thanks!

This replaced my old Aquasana Clarium system. I do wish I could have just bought a new spigot, or even a washer for my okd one, but I have no idea how I would then connect my old water tubes. This time it came with a "wrench" to screw and unscrew the filters - very nice to have! I always struggled with replacing filters before. The water is fresh - no chlorine taste, but the normal "taste" of water still remains - unlike distilled or reverse osmosis. Having the spigot on my counter allows easy access, and I use filtered water for both drinking and cooking. Very pleased with this product!
