We installed this during our kitchen remodel and we're so glad we did! I love having a separate faucet for filtered water. I can be filling my sink for washing dishes with the regular faucet and replenish the water in the coffee maker at the same time with filtered water. We also purchased the glass bottles to keep filtered drinking water in the refrigerator at all times. In addition, we love the auto-ship feature for the replacement filters. No need to worry about anything!

We have used the two stage filter for years and love it but the old two stage was hard to change the filter in the csase. This new one is easy but the water does not taste quite as good.

While the water is the same as that provided by an earlier model that I had, this product operates more smoothly, shuts off more completely, and has slightly better flow than its predecessor. I did higher a plumber to install -- seemed much too difficult to do myself. I'm hoping it will not leak, which is why I replaced my old Aquasana filter

I have owned both on counter older Claryum systems and a few under the counter 2-stage systems(different houses) Other than a leaky older model pre-2007, these things have been fantastic. (Aquasana replaced that unit for me with newer tubes) My family is very sensitive to taste and smell despite living in three different house/towns with different treated water (municipal, town aquifer, and reservoir), and prior to Aquasana use we could detect chlorine. The children use a counter model for teeth brushing and the kitchen we use for drinking water and cooking. We have been Water for Life customers since about 2008.
