We love the water filter. Installation was fairly simple, and instructions were clear.
There is one nut that we wish was bigger so that it was easier to tighten. It seems to have jiggled loose, so we have to get back under the sink to tighten it. We’re hoping to get a chunkier nut from the hardware store so that it stays put better.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow

The installation was very easy and the replacement of the two filters has been made significantly easier than the previous model. Not too much info on the purpose for the battery and nothing listed as to the type of battery used.
Pros: No odor, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often

Hard to tighten.

I love the water quality I get using your products. However, I have installed a new sump house. It's much harder to hand tighten than the previous one. I am afraid I won't be able to undo it once water is in it. I wish Aquasana would design these so that anybody could install themselves, even a woman over 50 with small hands.

Install is easy, instructions are straight forward, faucet looks good and works well, filter change seems easy enough. The only issue we have is that the water flow is painfully slow. It’s rated for 0.5 Gal per minute but ours is slower.
