The small lines going into the unit comes loose easily. It came loose when it was first installed and then again a week later. The lines attaching the unit had to be adapted to fit our water system, which is evtra money and lots of running to get the right fittings.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install

I have been using this product for over 5 years now. Most of the times when its time to replace the filters I check the filters and they don't appear bad so I don't replace them every 6 months but about 9-12 months. I find buying whole system is cheaper (makes sense) than just buying filters.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install, Hard To Clean, Slow pour, Uses Lots of Replacement Filters
