I have been using this product for over 5 years now. Most of the times when its time to replace the filters I check the filters and they don't appear bad so I don't replace them every 6 months but about 9-12 months. I find buying whole system is cheaper (makes sense) than just buying filters.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install, Hard To Clean, Slow pour, Uses Lots of Replacement Filters

We installed this during our kitchen remodel and we're so glad we did! I love having a separate faucet for filtered water. I can be filling my sink for washing dishes with the regular faucet and replenish the water in the coffee maker at the same time with filtered water. We also purchased the glass bottles to keep filtered drinking water in the refrigerator at all times. In addition, we love the auto-ship feature for the replacement filters.
