GOOD that I only had to pay half price to replace my older defective and unreliable model. BAD that I had to pay at all since I had the water filter for life program which promised FREE replacment of parts for life but parts are no longer available. UGLY, I'm stuck with two unopened set of filters that do not fit the new replacment system that I now own, they would not refund me if returned. May cancel fiter for life program and order filters as needed.

I bought the filter to replace a broken system that came with my house. Whole family immediately noticed the improved water taste compared to plain tap water. Everyone is drinking more water now.
