Unlike a few other reviewers, we had no problems installing the system. When you make sure that tubes are inserted all the way to the recommended depth it insures there will be no leaks. We use our filter system 4-5 times every day for coffee and tea, dog and cat water and an occasional mixed drink. I even drilled through granite with a diamond bit to install the faucet and had no problems. It's a very nice system at a reasonable price.
