I switched from the counter top to under counter model and I like having the extra space on my sink and having the plain tap water separate. The only problem I have is getting the nut holding the tap in place tight because it is hard to grab hold of in an awkward position; but, I tighten it every few days to lessen my aggravation!

The system was easy to install. The water pours slowly but it pours at the rate stated. The water just doesn't taste as good as I expected. I expected it to taste like water from an RO system but it doesn't taste as good. I still drink the water from the filters and it will have to do. I didn't want an RO system because of the water waste. This system has no water waste. I will give up some taste to save on water out here in California.
