I've been using Aquasana products for about 15 years. Started with the sink top model and recently purchased a new home so decided to go with the under sink model. The product was easily installed, took about 45 minutes to an hour. Am very pleased, would highly recommend to anyone especially those who purchase gallons of water on a weekly basis.

Continue to worry about your connections. The lines in and out of filter fit deeper now, this is better. But diverter needed silicone tape to keep from dripping. Remember, these are under counter..biggest fear is that it could be leaking, unseen, while one is out. Love flat bottom, I sit whole unit in small plastic rectangular container. Keeps it clean and makes changes easier.

We use this product for drinking water and water used for cooking/boiling. It filters well and the water tastes great. The "instant-off" feature is nice, but not having it would not be a deal-breaker. Compared to the previous version, this faucet feels cheap. The top (curved water outlet part) is flimsy and feels like it will break off before long. The mounting disc at the base of the faucet that sits atop the counter is CHEESY-too thin and not brushed to match the rest of the faucet. The build quality of this faucet doesn't even come close to the previous model. And, it is not as tall as the previous one which is annoying-now only short glasses fit under when glass sits on counter to fill. It is not always convenient to put glasses in the sink to fill! It filters well, but otherwise feels cheap and looks cheap. My hope is that Aquasana will offer a better quality "upgrade" of this faucet. For now, I'll have to live with it because I don't feel like reinstalling the old one.

I had the old under the sink filter (2 stage) for four years and had to have the housing replaced because removal of the old filter caps was so difficult. This one is easy, the faucet is more attractive and the water tastes great!

The new unit will be much easier to replace the filters over the old under counter system. Also the new faucet is a firm on and off where the old faucet continue to run to a slow stop when you turned it off. I really like the improvement!
