Love the ease of installation- looks good- but even after days of use and letting water run 45 straight minutes a couple of times my water tastes just like salt water- undrinkable as drinking water.

Faucet Looks Great. But Poorly Manufactured.

Flow is quite weak. (The regular kitchen tap has very good flow.) The top of the faucet jiggles in place. It is not secure or fastened well. Faucet has started to drip repeatedly as well. These faucets cannot be repaired, - or at least are not worth repairing as it would cost multiple times the cost of replacing it. Any plumber will tell you that. They must be replaced. I'm switching to a Moen. Better quality and reliability.

Cons: Slow pour, Not durable

The product was returned because it was plastic, cheaply made and looked as if it would leak at any minute. The amount of money that I would have had to put into the product coupled with the product cost and the propensity of it to crack and leak, made it not a good fit for me and my family.

This unit replaces our previous system (also from aquasana) The faucet is not made well. Materials seem barely adaquate compared to the old one. Feels flimsy. Requires frequent tightening . The filters themselves seem fine. No issues with them.

Installation was simple, water taste great
Even thou NY water is considered the best in the world, I rest easy knowing that Im drinking good clean water I have one CON for me personally, the hose from the filter to the faucet should be longer, the only spot I'm able to place it has the hose a little on the tight side. Besides that I'm pretty happy!
