I had to buy an 1/4" tubing extension (it was a foot too short for my sink), but the installation was easy, and once I got the extension, it took less than an hour. The water tastes great and feels clean.

Well shucks. I've always trusted Aquasana products because they are one of the few vendors who list performance criteria in a very detailed way. But there is one question I don't seem to be able for which to get an answer. Does the order of the filters make a difference? I've had problems with this particular product leaking and the last thing I wanted to do is remove the filters and them put them back in the order shown in the picture. I eventually gave up on the support people and reversed the filter order. Yep, it leaked for a few days. Just as I expected. Against the manufacturer's recommendation in the manual, I took the leaking filter off and greased the o-ring with a dielectric grease. Its all fine now, but I constantly check for leaks just in case.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install

The filter install is easy for this 2-stage filter. Mount the filter under the sink and hook up the cold water connection with the supplied brass T, then fed the outgoing line to the brushed nickel faucet mounted through the countertop. The water clears itself of small carbon particulates and then runs clear. The water tastes great and definitely gets the chlorine taste out. The 2-filters work on multiple water constituents but I have not had it tested for PFAS or lead removal yet. Output flow is adequate for my needs. Nice product.

This product was exactly as advertised. It was easy to install and the drinking water is wonderful. Before I installed this filter our county was having problems with contamination in the water source that they could not remove. After installing the carbon filter the problem was resolved. I highly recommend buying this unit.

Works great for PFAS/PFOA

We bought this filter specifically to remove PFAS chemicals after a water test found we had PFASs. After installation and a second water test, are water is coming up as no detect for PFASs

It installed without much trouble. The only hard part was reaching up behind the current sink. Sure would be great if there was some better tool or system for attaching the stainless dispenser to the top of the sink.
Water does taste good. Filters are easy to install. Smooth controlled fill rate, not too fast or slow.
