I have bought a few of these filters in the past, so I knew what to expect. These are really great water filters and I trust that the filters actually deliver the results claimed by the manufacturer. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be for the water faucet base plate to be a little larger in diameter. It's happened a couple times now the base plate for the faucet was just barely larger than the hole that was already in my counter top, forcing me to search around for a thin washer slightly bigger than the base plate to cover the counter hole. It would really help if that base plate for the faucet was another 1/8" larger in diameter. Other than that, install was fairly easy.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install

Overall satisfied. I had a plumber coming for other repaired so I asked him to install it. Looked straightforward enough that I would have had no issue installing it. Water tastes great. No after taste like we had prior to installing it. The flow is slow and water doesn’t get cold but other than that we are very satisfied. Happy with our decision.

I was impressed with how straightforward it was to install. We were excited to use the unity but disappointed to find it leaking, inexplicably, not from any of the fittings but somewhere in the manifold. The instructions do not include a trouble-shooting guide and customer service is closed on Sundays so or choice was to uninstall or put a pan under the unit and hopefully find a solution

Installation wasn't too bad. Water was good. Flow was low but that's expected for a good filter. However, when changing the filter the thin, plastic flange on one of the inlets (the yellow filter side) broke rendering the unit useless. Pretty flimsy.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect.
Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops.
Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue.
Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
