The water tastes good and it is so easy to use compared to the Brita pitcher/filter I used to have. It will be much less expensive in the long run than my roommate’s bottles of spring water, and without microplastics! My boyfriend installed it in a day. He says it was easy to install for someone like him who is handy. It takes minimal tools and directions are clear.

I guess we were luckier than many, because our filter worked great for a few years, with regular cartridge changing, etc. BUT...this morning, after he changed the filter, my husband discovered that it started leaking from the housing and it would not stop! It flooded our kitchen! My husband is a plumber and he was so angry that the POJ caused such a mess! Thank go we were home, or it would have been a HUGE mess, with major water damage! As it is, it completely ruined our cabinet bottom.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
