Great filter - the water tastes great and I feel safe drinking tap water and giving tap water to my kids. Relatively easy to install - however, needs removing the insinkerator/garbadge disposal, which requires a bit more work. It's important to let the water flow for a bit to get an even flow.

The installation process was fairly simple and direct. This was purchased more for taste and smell. The city water at our house smelled and tasted of bleach most of the time. After installation, I have yet to smell or taste bleach. I am very happy with the results.

Filter was compact as expected. It was easily installed per instructions and seems to operate as advertised. Water clarity and taste is as good as bottled water. The flow rate is slow but is as described. Makes good coffee in the morning. Quite happy generally.

Works but not worth the cost

Purchased this filter in April 2022. It was installed in May 2022. I changed filters in November 2022 with no problem. When I changed the filters on May 3, 2023 the housing leaked around both the input tubing and the output tubing. Nothing I tried stopped the leaking. Would not pay for another system that may last for only one year.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
