The water filter makes the water taste much better, but the faucet is dripping. Called for a replacement and they are charging me shipping for a replacement for the poorly manufactured part.

We love the water filter. Installation was fairly simple, and instructions were clear.
There is one nut that we wish was bigger so that it was easier to tighten. It seems to have jiggled loose, so we have to get back under the sink to tighten it. We’re hoping to get a chunkier nut from the hardware store so that it stays put better.
