I replaced the 3 filter unit with the 2 filter system. Why? I use a 'whole house' filter prior to the water softener with a 5-micron filter.
I tried the RO system but I took it out because it made the water softener run more, noise from backflushing, and ran out of water at times.

I love the whole system, it was easy to install and everything needed is included. I only had to drill one 3/8" hole in the sink for the faucet. The faucet and the filter assembly is really made and works well. Great product and the water out of it tastes great compared to my horrible city water. I highly recommend this product

I love my Aquasana! The only thing is that the stream of water comes out with less pressure than the last filter. That could be because the last filter only had one filter, and this one has two. The water is delicious and I feel happy and healthy drinking it. Thank you, Aquasana.

I have had my Aquasana two stage system for over 10 years and just had to replace the whole filter system due to a broken seal. The new twist lock filter system looks to be a better design as they are self sealing and don't rely on the old drop in filter then screwing on cap thus using the same O-ring seal every time. The installation was easy and we were up and running again in minutes.
