Water tastes OK, but the Ozarka spring water we had been using tastes better. Water flow is slow.
Pros: Attractive, Doesn't take up a lot of room under the counter.
Cons: Hard To Install, Shipped with wrong parts. Escutchen too small.

The new filter was easy to install. However, the granite fabricators made the hole much too large and the escuchen that came withe the new dispenser wasn't adequate to hold the new filter in place. I had to fabricate some new escuchens out of large washers that I painted to match the hardware.

Overall, we are satisfied with the filtering done. It did take about two weeks to rid the brand new unit of a plastic taste and smell to the water. We have not replaced the filters yet, since it has been only 3 months, so we will see if the plastic is from the filters or the plastic housing. It does take awhile to fill a bottle, slow streaming of water. We do not taste any chlorine.
