This thing leaks. The fittings are the push in and snap kind not a threaded fitting. It leaked all in the bottom of my cabinet and ruined it. I had to a call a plumber. He said it was the design of this filter and he does not like the snap in fittings for this reason. It has been a major waste of my time not to mention money.
Cons: Difficult to install, Leaks, Not durable

Haven't had it installed a long time but like the small faucet that allows use of the regular faucet while getting water. Have used a filter for a long time, so can't speak to a difference in taste, but definitely like the convenience of this vs a faucet mount filter that needs more frequent replacement

Install was no problem. I'm using a different (third party) faucet that matches my sink and it works perfectly. No leaks. Makes a big difference in the taste of the water. Now we use it all the time.

It's okay. Filter system is a downgrade from what I had before (but that company is now gone). The water tastes okay, but it obviously doesn't filter everything bad out. I like how easy it is to change the filters.

This 2-stage replaced the Aquasana countertop version we had been using successfully for over 10 years. This is a HUGE improvement, and we liked the old one. Water is delicious, and the water pressure is fantastic. We were not getting enough water pressure using the countertop version. It's great to have a dedicated faucet.
