This filter is difficult to install if you have a standard faucet hole in your counter. The trim ring JUST BARELY covers the hole so I had to buy a better one so that water does not drip down under the sink. Be careful if you buy this product.

We certainly wish to help resolve this soon! Kindly proceed with the following troubleshoot steps:
Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect.
Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops.
Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue.
Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
If further guidance is needed, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at 866-662-6885 Option 1, Monday thru Friday from 8 am-5:30 pm CST.

The water pressure in my sink is strong, however, the water pressure thur my filter spout is painfully slow. This unit replaced a former unit that I had for a decade, so, I am familiar with how it SHOULD be. It takes a long time to just fill a glass of water. So, not very happy.

My husband is the one who wanted it. I didn't think our water was that bad. But, he was told our town's water was heavily chlorinated and it was important to him. We purchased the two stage filter system. It was easy to install and looks like a matched set to our faucet. I was shocked at the difference in the taste of the water. It really made a difference. Now I can't imagine drinking the water straight from the tap! We also opted for the auto-ship of the new filters and would recommend doing so. It's really convenient.
