We have been using the Clean water Machine for a little over 2 years and the cost of the filters is minuscule compared to buying bottled water on a weekly basis. The water taste so much better than the bottle water as well.

I have been using the Aquasana Clean Water Machine for six months. It looks good, water quality is excellent, and flow is excellent. The contaminant removal for the Aquasana filter is much better than any other filter I've seen. Usually water filters use carbon to remove chlorine and claim that taste is improved with their filter. But the Aquasana filter has two types of carbon, an ion exchange component, and a 0.5 micron particle filter. If you look at the contaminants removed and tested according to NSF regulations, you can see that the Aquasana far surpasses any other consumer used water filter you can buy. The quality of Aquasana filtered water far outweighs the small complaint of noise when filtering with the Clean Water Machine that some people voiced. It is unfortunate that I must say that I don't trust any municipal water supply, but we now feel confident that the water we drink and cook with is of higher quality and better taste than we have ever experienced.

I've owned this machine about one year, the quality of the water is amazing, using basil plant as a testing subject, regular city water contain chemical and hard deposit preventing the root growth for my basil plant, I begin to use Aquasana, the result of clean water shown reflecting on the basil plant! That proven between contaminated water and clean water to promote a healty lifestyle for daily uses.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often

I bought the new filters to replace the one I had in the machine when I bought it. When I went online I was not sure of the model number of the filter. I looked at the information that came with the machine and found nothing. Thinking that I probably knew which filter was the right one, I was ready to place the order but fortunately, had second thoughts and called the company. It was good that I did or I would have ordered the wrong filter. My only concern is how long the filter lasts. The ad says that it is goon for 350 gallons but the original filter did not last anywhere near that long. Still, we are happy with the machine.
