I had to change my filter twice so far. The first time was without problem. But when I had to change the filter again, I still got the red light that said the filter was dirty and needed changing. This is after following the procedure in the manual. I emailed customer service but they never responded!!!
So the machine with a brand new filter is useless....

Amazing taste! I love this company and their products. I have the countertop water filter and I always enjoy my water. The glass container that came with the filter was the icing on the cake! I’ve saved so much money from buying water bottles and decreased my plastic use! No BPA! I’m so thankful for this product allowing me to have clean filtered water in my home. I tell all my friends to get this and we have done water taste comparisons!! Auqasana always wins!!! Also sometimes when I’ve drank water I’m still thirsty? And after using aquasana to filter my water my thirst is always quinched!!! Thank you aquasana.

We really love our Aquasana and the customer service if we ever have an issue. My only issue is that we go through filters faster than the auto ship program sends them (based on unit light turning solid red) so I had to order this additional two pack to have on hand. Not sure if that’s our water, our usage level or the filter. Wish the auto ship program gave us filters a little more frequently or we got them at the discount if we have to order extra.

I purchased new filter in hopes it would stop the leaking from the "clean water machine" that started leaking after only seven months of use. After installing new filter, the machine continues to leak, had to give up using it altogether.

Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Great product and great tasting water only down side I have noticed is there is a black build up on the bottom of my pitcher and it is nearly impossible to clean it out and get rid of it
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
