Replacing filter in Aquasana Clean Water Machine

I have had my new filter in my system now for three weeks and the taste is still bad. This happened last time I put in a new filter but it didn’t take this long for the water to taste better. One of the reasons I have kept this system is because when it works properly the water tastes great. I’m not sure what is going on.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often

I believe it is helping to remove some of the contaminants of my water system but as we know a filter degrades upon initial use and depending the quality of the water put into it will determine how long it is actually beneficial. I would rather use a distiller and have to add the minerals back in but haven't been able to find a reasonable one that doesn't require constant observance. Definitely DO NOT recommend the ones from VEVOR.
Pros: Easy to clean, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour, Cloudy Water
