The
Aquasana system is so easy to use opposed to a sink faucet filter or the pitcher style. I rent an apartment so an in house system is not feasible. The water in this location is terrible (it is trucked in and pumped into a community water tank).
This water even ruined the taste of coffee never mind food cooked in it. Thanks to you and my son who purchased this great alternative home system for me I can have peace of mind and enjoy my coffee with ease !

Both filter stop working within days of used. The light turns red even after we reset it and water is clearly not filtering. I have to keep buying bottles of eater.

I’ve had 3 on counter filtration systems from Aquasana. My 1st two were made sturdy. I passed them own to others when I got a new one. With this last one I ordered the container is so flimsy that I have to treat it like a baby when washing it in fear it will break. The plastic actually gives to your fingers washing it. It is not the quality product it used to be. Don’t know if I’ll buy this brand again when I replace this one. I don’t think I will be able to give it away afterwards either. I’m sure it will break before then. Sad face!
