We are very pleased with our water filter. It is easy to use, and the unit automatically alerts us when a new filter is needed. Ordering replacement filters is equally easy, and we order the 2-pak so that we're never without. Changing the filter is easy, too. We feel better having the Aquasana filter our water before driking!

Installation of new filters is always ez Taste is always good. Cant stop the annoying leak but we keep a rag around bottom to absorb it. I researched agsin other products because of that but this still seems to be the best option for us so we r sticking with it and buying replacemt filters every year (pk comes w 2filters)

after about three weeks water began leaking out the top where the filter is located. So I replaced the filter, as per aquasana written directions. The leak at the top went to squirting water...and water leaks from the bottom. The water is clean and taste amazing, but, the leaking of this machine prohibits using it!!!

Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
