The filters are good. I am however, having a problem again with one of the units I have purchased leaking. This is the same unit where we received an incorrect pitcher (probably my fault), however found the unit leaked. Now it leaks again. Is there a time limit on the warranty for the Clean Water Machine?
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

I'm sorry to say I've now had two Clean Water Machines and both have had faulty mechanisms. Aquasana kindly replaced the first for no fee, but the second also leaks all over the counter, as did the first one. The leakage comes from the filter cavity each time one filters a pitcher of water. The quality of the filtered water is nonetheless good. Still, I'm tired of blotting up the wetness on the counter which also seeps under the machine.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just received my filters after speaking to a very nice lady in customer service she looked up my order which was a month old and resent it a new order on Monday and I finally received it Friday evening I forgot her hand but very professional and I thank her

This is my third change of the filter. I try to change every three months. I have bottled water which I been drinking for twenty years and liked the water but after using my Aquasana, the bottled water has a funky taste and I only it for my cats water.

We are very pleased with our water filter. It is easy to use, and the unit automatically alerts us when a new filter is needed.
