We're pleased with this under the sink system. Although it takes several hours for the water get thru the new filters once changed, it works well afterward. Wish the counter top spicket had a larger hole where the water comes out. Its not much more than a heavy trickle, so filling pots or pet bowls takes some time. The smelly well water has no odor with this system and seems clean. Only takes minutes to change under the sink.

Going on 2 years. I live in Jacksonville fl. I change them every 8 months so far. They slow down a lot by that time but I use a carafe system and leave it on and come back in 5 mins. I read about the o rings going out and am worried mine will eventually and that is my only problem with this product. I dont need filters every 6 months sent auto to qualify for extra o rings. If they fixed that it would of been a 5 star.

Easy to change filters easy to change battery. I don't know if it's a product issue but had very weak water pressure for 3-4 days after changing. Over all good clean tasting water.

We have been very pleased with the Aquasana 3-stage drinking water system and filters. Have used it for your years on a regular basis. We had a plumber install system initially, but I change the filters easily. The taste is great. We sold our house where we had the system; and now we had one installed in the house that we are renting. I do highly recommend the system. Make sure it is installed properly so water flows correctly.
