Honestly, we love knowing that this system works. The filters are difficult for us oldsters to install, and each time they come, we gird up our loins and get her done. This last set of filters gave us an extremely slow flow.......slower even than usual. The rep we talked to told us how fast the flow should be; we've never had that fast a flow. The company sent us new filters, for which we were very grateful. They work better, but the flow is still way too slow. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it soon. We would STILL purchase this system, knowing how pure the water is.
