I really don't have anything bad to say about this product. It was very easy to install and even easier to change out the filters on it. The auto ship program is the way to go because you don't have to wonder if it is time to change the filters. When you change the filters you can see what your body didn't have to consume and try to filter out itself.

I feel safe using Aquasana's filters. However, I notice that when I replace the filters with new ones, the old black dotted filter is totally black.
