I've used AQUASANA filters for my drinking water and also for my two showers for a number of years. Fairly priced and shipping was timely. I like these filters because they not only filter out the normal things, but also filters out fluoride Can't be beat for the price.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install

We have been using the Aquasana system and filters for about 2 years now and very pleased. Filters are easy to install and like that there's a low alarm to signal when it's time to replace with fresh filters.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour

This is a rental apartment. It's completely non-obvious how to open the thing and when I tried, it leaked all over the floor. Forget it: the landlady can fix it herself when we leave. I do NOT have time for this.

Buzz on the internet says the Hahn 3-stage system is re-badged Aquasana. With the demise of Hahn comes the dilemma of finding replacement filters. Aquasana does not recommend the application; but they DO fit. These things have become generic. Internet buzz says stay away from the similar with foreign-sounding names. That's hard to argue. The Hahn filters fit. I'll buy again in six months

I have had an aquasana water filter system for a about a year and a half and have replaced the filters about 3-4 times. Everything the filters are too small and prevent water from flowing through the system. I need up using rubber washers or other spacers to fill the gap and allow the system to function properly. It's annoying to go through this eventide I replace the filters.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Nice faucet
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
