Our local water has a strong chlorine taste. We had used bottled water for years when our dentist mentioned that reverse osmosis takes the fluoride out of the water. We want Fluoride to protect the kids' teeth. The AQ-5300 gives us water that tastes better than bottled and leaves the healthy minerals in. It was a snap to install and changing the filters us also easy. The faucet is nice looking and completely reliable. It would be nice if the flow was a little faster, but that's really only an issue when we refill the 5 gallon bottle for the water cooler or fill a big pot for Pasta. The replacement plan gives us fresh filters at just the right interval. Aquasana really knows their customers' needs.

Supplies all of our drinking water. We use the glass bottles throughout the house. An auto shut off would be a great product enhancement as it has occurred that the water was left running or accidentally turned on.
