The filters are great, these were my first replacements. Did have an issue with the washer seal on one, used the seal off of the old one and it worked fine. Overall, still pleased with the product

The 3-stage filter does a good job, and I ma happy with it. What I don't like is the barrage of marketing emails and sales offers you send me. I can pretty well determine on my own when the filters will need to be replaced, so no more than one email every 6 months would be appreciated

Worked fine until filter replacement

We enjoyed the clean water, but when filter change time came, we were very unhappy that we invested in this product. The filters cannot be replaced because the design is poor. The filter casing all leaked upon replacement. The company sent us a new set of casings, but by that point we had disconnected the unit to be able to use the sink. If this happens every time, we will need to disconnect the whole unit while we await help from customer service and the replacement casements. Ridiculous. We will use the second set of filters up and then buy another system for water filtration.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install

The filters are fine. However, they leaked after installation. I subsequently read up about this and it's a known problem with installation. I fixed the issue by purchasing new rubber o-rings to replace the old ones on the fixtures that fit into the unit body. For what these filters cost and the fact it's a known problem, THE COMPANY NEEDS TO DO BETTER. The problem can be solved by simply supplying replacement o-rings when you ship out the filters. It's an easy swap and a cheap and easy way to fix the issue. I shouldn't have to buy my own.

Cons: Not durable
