Surprised that system did not take the lime and calcium ! My ice still has the white residue after melting and my water dispenser still turns green with calcium deposits. Other then that it works OK !

I was using the *** water filter that fit on the end of your faucet but I like this system much better. It has it's own little faucet and it's out of the way unlike the other filter that fits on the end of your main faucet. Also I like the 3-stage filter because it filters more of the "unwanted" stuff you don't want in your water. I use mine for anything that calls for water that I'm going to be consuming, like coffee, tea and in my cooking. I also use it in my dogs water dish. I love the auto-ship with no shipping costs. Thanks Aquasana for making my water healthier for me and my family!

The filter system, works well and has improved water quality. Prior to filter my water tested 12.9 nitrate level. After filter was installed, nitrate level dropped to 6.3. I am on a rural well.

Replacement filters are fine. Original design is weak at the plastic joint and the torque is too much. This needed to be replaced with quality hardware. Horrible original design.
