We bought the product 2 years ago when we moved to our new house. I was disappointed not to be able to bring my big under the sink tank because I was satisfied with the water quality, however, to replace it would have cost more than thousand dollars. I found this smaller unit on line within my budget price. It was nice to have the extra space under the sink after the installation (compared with the previous big tank). My husband is from Brazil and is used to a tasteless water. He was happy with the water quality and I was happy with the price and size. I have to be doing the filter changing and is easy! What I like a lot is the little beeping sound when is time to change the filter. Also I signed up for automatic delivery and the new filters arrive at my door right on time. We are very satisfied with the unit, the easy filter replacement and of course the water quality. I would recommend it to others. We haven't have any experience with customer service because in two years we haven't have any need to talk to them. Everything is automatic, easy and good!!

I did not know that the battery as well as the filter installations were so difficult to achieve for me that I have to contract and pay somebody every time that the battery and filters need replacement. I tried on my own, but they are so tied up that I was afraid I would brake them. I do not think, in my case, that it is worthy. I cannot prove also considerable improvement.

I use it for making tea, coffee, drinking water stored in the frig. It is great because I know I will always have clean, great tasting water at my fingertips. It doesn't come out as fast as the regular faucet but it is worth the wait and I can still use the regular faucet at the same time for something else.
