Have been an aquasana customer for about 10 years and love their product. Instal was a challenge and one of the critical pieces was missing so had to run to the hardware store for the part.

We are using NYC water. The AQ-5300 has doubled the life of the filters from about 2 months to 4 months. If they lasted 6 months I would change the rating to 5 stars. Keep trying.
