This is a very good product which has improved the taste of the water we drink. Once we understood the directions and installed it properly, we have had no problems with the system. The only downside to these filters is that the flow varies from one semi-annual installation to the next: one time acceptable flow, the next time slow. Either way, I highly recommend it.

I use this companies replacement filters along with the unit that holds the filters. I would like to point out that installation of the filters need to be firmly seated in order to have the proper water flow. Other than that, I have no complaints. I use my unit for all of my families cooking and drinking needs.
