It was easy to install. We chose to have a qualified plumber to do it as we did not have te tools to pierce the sink to install the small faucet.

I am using this filter water system for a few years and am happy I found it. Also, in my location (Brooklyn, NY) the black filter looks like have to be changed one/two months earlier than two others. To change those filter for me (I am 65 years woman) is difficult. I always have to ask my neighbour to do it

The last 2 filters I got have issues
Due to some problem with the black filter the flow is dramatically reduced
I called in the first time and the filter was replaced but with next delivery the filter was bad again. I am using it now ( for almost 2 weeks with hope the flow will improve) but so far same low flow
Once I get this shipment I will replace the filter and call again for the second bad delivery so it can be replaced but if this shipment is bad I will cancel my service and look for otherrproduct

instaling your filters is like playing the slots in Vagas. you never know if the new set of filters will pour normal or very slow. I have been dealing with this for a couple of years now. i still have the last set you sent before the set the just got. I am afraid to change them and have to go back to a very slow pour rate.
