after testing the water it was almost the same as my refrigerator filter water. I do have a water softener and that also helps.

The filters were easy to install using the included instructions. This is my second replacement and this time I even found the little "pop-up" cover for the battery that I wasn't able to find the first time as the directions only include a picture of the compartment but do not show it's location in the picture nor do they say to push down and it will pop up to open.
