Installation process was not so great. I did not enjoyed my new filters because O rings on upper part of the sump of the top housing was damage and sumps were leaking.
Pros: Clean taste, Nice faucet
Cons: Not durable

I have been using this Aquasana system for over 3 years and it seems that the filters must have changed. The flow rate was acceptable at first, but the last few filter changes, the flow rate is about half and is frustratingly slow. My water pressure and plumbing are fine. The filtered water and the actual undersink system are excellent otherwise.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour

We have a shower filter and a under sink unit. It's good to know that all of the adverse chemicals @ flouride and such are removed so we don't invest them or absorb them. Real peace of mind in this crazy world. I highly recommend these filters. You can sign up for them to be shipped every six months or sooner depending on your water usage, that way you don't forget to change them.
