Hello, I like the water filter but it was leaking a lot . I decided to get new filters to see if that was the problem and I guess it was. I’m just don’t know when the filter should be replaced

The ordering process and installing the new filters is pretty straight forward and easy. However, the water flow rate from the filter faucet is extremely slow. Re-installing the filters does not seem to help. For this reason, I do not give this product a higher rating.

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Detach the sump from the cap, and then re-attach, tightening the cap until it's flush with the sump.
Step 3: Use a sump wrench if necessary. Be sure to avoid over-tightening, as an under, or over-tightened cap can damage the hardware and cause leaks in your system. This process should mitigate that issue.
Step 4: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
If further guidance is needed, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at 866-662-6885 Option 1, Monday thru Friday from 8 am-5 pm CST.
