I am happy with this product. First of all, the taste of water is amazing when the filters are used. After a few months, when we change the filter, you can see the blackened filters that have caught things in water over time. You can easily twist each filtering cartridge case and replace the filter cartridges. Battery can be replaced from the top. Pull it up to remove. When the battery is dying, it will beep pretty often. I am completely satisfied with the products and feel happy drinking water!
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Nice faucet
Cons: Slow pour

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect.
Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops.
Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue.
Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.

Why does it leak so much?

The way the tubes going to and from the filter work is HORRIBLE! The slightest tap will cause them to start spewing water. I’m not sure why anyone would design their product to function this way. I hate that we drilled a hole in our counter for this stupid thing.
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Difficult to install, Not durable

The tubing is cut incorrectly - 

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Carefully remove the tubing from the inlet of the system on the left and the outlet of the system from the right by pushing in the quick connect fitting and pulling out the tube.
Step 3: Ensure the tube is cut squarely and re-insert into the manifold.
Step 4: If the tube is not cut correctly, then recut the tube to fit. An incorrectly cut tube can cause leaking at the inlet/outlet. This should mitiage that issue. 
Step 5: Once the new tube is installed, and the system is re-connected, test by turning the water supply back on.

One of the 3 replacement filters came damaged. I wrote an email and was told I would be sent a replacement. I received the replacement and installed it within a few minutes. The filters are extremely easy to replace if you follow directions. A definite water quality improvement and definitely a responsive company.
