Initially we had poor water flow. It took two calls to Aquasana to fix the problem, resulting in both a new manifold and a new set of filters. Once these were installed, the unit and filters have performed as expected. The filters are easy to install and remove, even without the tool provided. If the filters last as long as they are supposed to last, we'll be happy. Far superior to the GE units we had previously.

I am happy with this product. First of all, the taste of water is amazing when the filters are used. After a few months, when we change the filter, you can see the blackened filters that have caught things in water over time. You can easily twist each filtering cartridge case and replace the filter cartridges. Battery can be replaced from the top. Pull it up to remove. When the battery is dying, it will beep pretty often. I am completely satisfied with the products and feel happy drinking water!
