The water here in Kingman Arizona tastes terrible but since installing the Aquasana 5300 the water now tastes so much BETTER! Installing the system was easy and joining the filter plan that delivers filters every six months saves me the trouble of ordering them and keeps me on a schedule for changing the filters. Installation: if you've exchanged the braided water supply for a faucet/toilet, this product will be easy. Watch the appropriate video, and in less than 1 hour you'll be enjoying filtered water from the tap.
Use: turn the provided faucet on and off; nothing complicated. The provided faucet could be a bit sturdier, though.
Filter change: it's as simple as opening a jar; or 3 jars, in my case, taking the old filter out of the cylinder, and inserting the new filter. The color codes make it simple to get the filters into their appropriate cylinders.
I've read in some reviews that some people have difficulties with their connections leaking; I've never had a single drop leak.
